Import from Databases
AI4Meta supports direct search and import from:
- PubMed — search by keyword, MeSH terms, or PMID
- Scopus — via API key integration
- Web of Science — via export file upload
- Cochrane Library — via RIS/BibTeX files
Upload Files
You can also upload reference files in these formats:
- RIS (
.ris) - BibTeX (
.bib) - CSV (
.csv) — must include title, authors, and abstract columns - EndNote XML (
.xml)
Automatic Deduplication
After import, AI4Meta automatically detects and merges duplicate records using fuzzy title matching, DOI comparison, and author/year heuristics. Review flagged duplicates before confirming.

- Admin — full project control
